Contact UsKinesiology is the art and science of movement of the human body. Kinesiology is used in NAET to compare the strength and weakness of any muscle (also known as neuromuscular sensitivity testing (NST)) of the body in the presence and absence of any substance. A measured weakness in the presence of a substance is due to the effect of an allergy to the item the person is touching. This simple method can be used to detect your allergens.
One allergen is treated at a time. If you are not severely immune deficient, you may need just one treatment to desensitize one allergen. A person with mild to moderate amount of allergies may take about 15-20 office visits to desensitize 15-20 food and environmental allergens.
Basic essential nutrients are treated during the first few visits. Chemicals, environmental allergens, vaccinations, immunizations, etc. are treated after completing about ten basic essential nutrients. NAET can successfully alleviate adverse reactions to egg, milk, peanuts, penicillin, aspirin, mushrooms, shellfish, latex, grass, ragweed, flowers, perfume, animal dander, animal epithelial, make-up, chemicals, cigarette smoke, pathogens, heat, cold, other environmental agents. It may take several office visits to desensitize a severe allergen.
NAET was discovered by Dr. Devi S. Nambudripad in November of 1983. Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques are non-invasive, drug free, natural solution. They alleviate allergies of all types and intensities using a blend of selective energy balancing, testing and treatment procedures from acupuncture, acupressure, allopathy, chiropractic, nutritional, and kinesiological disciplines of medicine.
Moxibustion is a form of heat therapy in which dried plant materials called “moxa” are burned on or very near the surface of the skin. The intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body.
In this method, the moxa material is compressed into a stick or pole, that can be lit and allowed to smolder, producing a unique form of very penetrating heat.
The smoldering moxa stick is held over specific areas, often, though not always, corresponding to certain acupuncture points. The glowing end of the moxa stick is held about an inch or two above the surface of the skin until the area reddens and becomes suffused with warmth.
Moxibustion is used for:
Especially in “cold” patterns where the pain naturally feels better with the application of heat
Acutron technology was first developed in 1988 by Dr. Darren Starwynn and a team of engineers to address the need for highly effective, non-drug, pain management. Acutron Mentor’s remarkable effectiveness is based on its ability to apply specific frequencies, polarities and current levels of electrical energy required for each individual patient condition.
The Acutron Mentor’s preset treatment menus make it very easy to select and administer effective treatments. For this and many other reasons, the Acutron Mentor is recognized throughout the world as the leader in non-invasive electro-medical therapy.
Acupuncture is a component of the health care system of China that can be traced back at least 2,500 years. The general theory of acupuncture is based on the premise that there are patterns of energy flow (Qi) through the body that are essential for health. Disruptions of this flow are believed to be responsible for disease. Acupuncture… corrects imbalances of flow at identifiable points close to the skin.
The practice of acupuncture to treat identifiable pathophysiological (disease) conditions in American medicine was rare until the visit of President Richard M. Nixon to China in 1972. Since that time, there has been an explosion of interest in the United States and Europe in the application of the technique of acupuncture to Western medicine.
Acupuncture is a family of procedures involving stimulation of anatomical locations on or in the skin by a variety of techniques. There are a variety of approaches to diagnosis and treatment in American acupuncture that incorporate medical traditions from China, Japan, Korea, and other countries. The most thoroughly studied mechanism of stimulation of acupuncture points employs penetration of the skin by thin, solid, metallic needles, which are manipulated manually or by electrical stimulation.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture, sometimes referred to as “acupuncture facelift,” is a wonderful timeless beauty technique used by the Chinese since the Sung Dynasty (960-1279AD). In Chinese, it is called “Me Rong Zhen”. Cosmetic acupuncture was performed on the Empress and Emperor’s concubines. Today, it is an effective non-surgical yet painless way to lessen the appearance of fine lines as well as deeper wrinkles. According to Chinese medicine, it improves circulation and stimulates the body’s natural anti-aging powers.
Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture or cosmetic acupuncture and facial rejuvenation is a natural, holistic, and comprehensive skin rejuvenation designed to revitalize, restore, and refresh. The term “cosmetic” is used because we expect an aesthetic outcome from the acupuncture treatment. While our process will improve the production of collagen and elastin to reduce wrinkles, our focus is to balance and improve your overall health and vitality.
The effect of this dual approach—cosmetic as well as overall health and vitality rejuvenation—results in a younger looking, firmer, revitalized face. Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is the only cosmetic procedure that actually improves your health while you are receiving cosmetic results. And that is the perfect solution for looking and feeling great.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) supports attaining youth and beauty from the inside out. A key principle of TCM is that your outside appearance is both a symptom of, as well as a reflection of, your health inside. In Chinese acupuncture, health is all about balance and harmony. If you aren’t healthy, it is difficult to keep your face and skin vibrant and glowing, regardless of how many surgeries and injections you may have.
